Professional Services Partner at BairesDev
In this role, you’ll drive end‑to‑end oversight of client accounts by ensuring commercial, operational, and financial health while proactively identifying risks and opportunities. You’ll continuously optimize Professional Services operations by auditing data and communications, leveraging AI for process automation, and ensuring execution excellence through cross‑functional alignment and task governance. What You’ll Do
- Monitor and review client accounts comprehensively across commercial partnership, operational, and financial aspects.
- Review processes within operations and propose improvements or redefinitions as needed to accomplish BairesDev goals.
- Review escalated risks and opportunities from different areas to propose the best course of action or to elevate to upper management on time.
- Use AI to improve processes and automate tasks involved in the day‑to‑day of Professional Services scope.
- Audit data to ensure the veracity of information reported by other areas, audit client meetings, and audit email communication with clients.
- Analyze data and extract actionable insights, manage Jira tasks, and follow up with Account Managers and Sales Reps to ensure compliance in task execution.
