We are looking for a Client Operations Analyst to support the financial and operational execution of media campaigns, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth delivery across global accounts.
This role is critical to keeping campaigns running — not just creatively, but financially and operationally sound .
What you’ll do
- Support budget tracking, billing, and financial processes for media campaigns
- Ensure accuracy in invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting




- Work closely with Buying, Planning, and Client teams
- Monitor campaign delivery from an operational and financial perspective
- Handle large datasets and maintain high data accuracy
- Identify discrepancies and proactively solve issues

What we’re looking for
- 1+ year of experience in finance, operations, or similar roles
- Background or interest in media, advertising, or digital marketing
- Upper Intermediate to Advanced English (B2+ / C1)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
