JOIN TP AS: Project Manager (5+ years of experience)

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and oversee technological services for our client, ensuring budget control, SLA compliance, and successful delivery of projects, incidents, and service requests. In this role, you will take a comprehensive approach that includes defining scope, optimizing resources, leading teams, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders while proactively mitigating risks.
What will you do?
Project Management & Delivery
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure timely delivery of support tickets, incidents, requirements, and projects aligned with SLAs
- Apply appropriate methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) based on project complexity
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment with business objectives

Planning & Resource Management




- Develop comprehensive project plans including budget, resources, and timelines
- Allocate and manage resources effectively (people, tools, materials)
- Balance workload and team capacity to ensure operational efficiency
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage issues proactively to avoid delays and service impact
- Conduct regular governance, progress, and risk review meetings

Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, teams, and leadership
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on project and service progress
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration
- Promote process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure alignment with organizational and client expectations

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
