Overview
We are looking for a Senior Associate – Investment Compliance Platform Support Engineer to support a Tier 1 Guideline Monitoring platform used across general asset management portfolios. This role operates in a high-availability production environment, closely integrated with Order Management Systems, and is responsible for monitoring, investigating,



and resolving compliance breaches that are critical to regulatory and client‑mandate adherence.
The position sits at the intersection of technology, investment operations, and compliance, requiring strong SQL skills, deep asset management domain knowledge, and confident stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support a Tier 1 investment compliance platform operating across global asset portfolios.
- Investigate pre‑trade and post‑trade compliance breaches using advanced SQL queries on large financial datasets.
- Perform incident triage, root‑cause analysis, and resolution for production issues, including P1 incidents.
- Coordinate and participate in production support bridges, ensuring clear communication with business and compliance stakeholders.
- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable business insights for compliance officers and senior users.
