At Empresa confidencial, we’re hiring Junior Sales Representatives with no previous experience required to join our fully remote team. You don’t need a sales background: we’ll train you from scratch.
This is a high-volume cold calling role. You will be expected to make 60–80 outbound calls per day.

What we’re looking for:
English level between B2 and C1+ (mandatory).
High tolerance for rejection and pressure.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn fast.
Good communication skills and confidence speaking with strangers.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Make 60–80 cold calls daily to potential clients in the U.S.
Handle rejection and objections professionally.
Present our roofing services clearly and confidently.




Follow up with interested leads and support the closing process.
Attend training sessions and apply feedback quickly.
Stay consistent with daily performance metrics.
What we offer:
Base salary: USD $850 /month +bonuses+ commissions.
100% remote work from anywhere.
35-hour work week. (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm PST)
