Role Overview
We are seeking an elite technical leader to drive complex core banking transformations. You will serve as the primary Solution Architect and strategic advisor, guiding Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions through end-to-end implementations of the Oracle Banking Suite (v14.5 onwards).
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Architecture: Lead the technical strategy, future-state capability mapping, and solution design for core banking implementations and RFP responses.
Delivery Leadership:



Govern the full deployment lifecycle of Oracle Flexcube 14.5 onwards, managing complex regional localizations (e.g., fideicomisos), data migration, and Go-Live orchestration.
Team Direction: Provide mentorship and operational oversight to distributed functional and technical consulting teams.
Required Module Expertise (Version 14.5 onwards)
Oracle Flexcube: Deep architectural knowledge of core accounting and overarching system parameterization.
ELCM: Expertise in integral limit tracks, collateral hierarchies, and facility structures.
OB Pay: Comprehensive understanding of ISO 20022, SWIFT, and real-time settlement architectures.
OB Branch: Proven ability to configure modernized teller workflows and centralized transaction processing.
OB Treasury: Proficiency in configuring FX, money market, derivatives, and deal lifecycle management.
