This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.What will help you succeed:

Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including:
SLAs, SLOs, SLIs definition and tracking
Incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem culture
Commitment to operational excellence and reliability at scale
Strong observability and monitoring skills: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, New Relic, Datadog, ELK stack
Proficiency with cloud providers: AWS, Azure, GCP




Containers and orchestration: Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS, OpenShift), Docker
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (preferred), CloudFormation
CI/CD experience: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Azure DevOps
HTTP protocol and related implementations: Apache, NGINX, Varnish, ALB, CDN (e.g., AWS CloudFront)
Programming/scripting in Python, Go, JavaScript, and Bash
Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis/Valkey, Cassandra, Memcached)
Strong understanding of cloud security best practices
Solid grasp of networking concepts
