We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer to join our distributed engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate with our founders and development team to expand our AI-powered interviewing platform and future developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, scale, and maintain full-stack applications using Python (FastAPI) and React (Vite, TailwindCSS) .
- Optimize and develop APIs for integrating AI services, third-party applications, and internal micro-services.
- Integrate with platforms such as Salesforce , Google Cloud , Firebase , and Render .
- Work with design and AI teams to deliver intuitive and high-performing user experiences.
- Implement new product features, including multimodal interviews (text, voice, and video).




- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the entire stack.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and product roadmap discussions.

Requirements
- Professional experience in full-stack development.
- Experience with IDEs and AI coding tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or Codex.
- Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI & Gemini) .
- Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI (or Flask/Django) .
- Extensive experience with React , Next.js , Vite , or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL , Firebase Firestore , or MongoDB .
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs , OAuth , and webhook integrations.
- Experience deploying applications on Google Cloud and/or Render .
- Intermediate to advanced English (written & spoken).

Nice-to-Have
- Experience integrating with Salesforce , Greenhouse , or other ATS/CRM systems.
- Prior experience in a startup or SaaS environment.
