We’re looking for a detail-oriented, technically curious AI Implementation Specialist to support the delivery and implementation side of a fast-moving AI consulting practice.
This role is adecuado for someone with strong AI tool proficiency, technical problem-solving ability, excellent written communication, and a natural interest in testing new AI workflows, agents, automations, and implementation approaches.
Your goal: to protect the founder’s time, improve delivery consistency, support client AI implementations, and help turn fast-moving AI research into reliable systems, documentation, demos, and client-ready solutions.
Key Objectives
- Owning technical implementation, QA, debugging, documentation, and delivery support
- Help confidently choose and deliver the right AI implementation approach for each client
- Support client delivery by building AI agents, automations, implementation assets, evals, and reusable technical infrastructure
- Improve speed and consistency of execution across client fulfillment, internal R&D;, documentation, and technical customer support





Core Responsibilities
Implementation Operations
- Build, test, and refine AI agents, automations, workflows, and implementation assets
- Support client audit sprints by assembling process maps, deliverable decks, recommendation packages, and technical implementation notes
- Help ingest meeting transcripts, client feedback, and project notes to propose updates to client roadmaps
- Create reusable implementation assets when client work surfaces repeatable patterns, such as agent skills, MCP servers, eval harnesses, templates, or technical workflows
- Maintain internal documentation, SOPs, implementation notes, and technical knowledge bases
- Keep internal R&D; databases and project repositories organized and up to date

Team & Client Coordination
- Work directly with the founder to review client roadmaps, discuss implementation options, and lock in weekly deliverables
- Prepare weekly client impact summari
