The company runs a complex, multi-source data environment where operational accuracy and real-time visibility directly impact decision-making across the entire organization.

Job summary:
In this industry, data is highly fragmented across systems such as CRM platforms, billing tools, call tracking systems, and clinical workflows. Small inconsistencies can create major downstream effects in reporting, revenue tracking, and operational planning. Because of this, strong data foundations are critical to ensuring the business can operate efficiently and make informed decisions.
As the organization scales, they are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Junior Analytics Engineer who can operate across multiple domains, build reliable data models, and support both analytics and infrastructure initiatives.



This role requires someone who is comfortable working in fast-moving environments, switching between business contexts, and ensuring data accuracy across the full pipeline.

What You'll Do:
Data Modeling & Warehouse Management
Build, maintain, and document SQL-based data models and views that support reporting across all business units.
Translate business requirements from marketing, billing, clinical, referrals, and operations teams into structured and reliable data layers.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of key business metrics across multiple reporting surfaces.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between source systems and reporting outputs.
Maintain data definitions and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
AWS Data Infrastructure & Pipelines
Build and maintain data pipelines using AWS services including Lambda, S3, Glue, and Step Functions.
