The role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join a fully billable, client‑facing engagement in the healthcare space. This role sits at the intersection of two disciplines that require real precision: the regulatory sensitivity of health systems and the content complexity of the Adobe suite. You will be embedded in a delivery team alongside creative, UX, product, and BA colleagues, working day to day to ensure that what we ship is what we promised.
This is not a role where QA is bolted on at the end. You will be involved early, building test plans while design is still in motion, flagging risks before they become defects, and partnering with the team to make quality a shared responsibility from kickoff to launch. You will handle both manual and automated testing, shifting between them based on what the work demands.
What you’ll do
End‑to‑End Testing Ownership
- Full‑Lifecycle Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, integration, and UAT across multiple workstreams.




- Defect Management: Track bugs from discovery to resolution, providing clear, actionable documentation for developers and evidence‑based quality assessments for stakeholders.
- AEM Ecosystem: Execute functional and content QA specifically for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Edge Delivery Services, component behavior, and publishing pipelines.
- Validation: Test AEM templates and authoring workflows against design specs, ensuring a seamless experience for content authors.
- Integration Testing: Validate data flows, personalization logic, and analytics instrumentation across the integrated Adobe product suite.
