What the Role Involves
- Contacting international companies using defined outreach methods
- Following a structured sales process to introduce recruitment services
- Working to daily and weekly activity targets
- Managing conversations with decision‑makers in English
- Updating CRM systems accurately and consistently
- Following set scripts, sequences, and sales workflows
- Progressing leads through a clearly defined sales cycle
- Coordinating internally once opportunities are qualified

This is a process‑led sales role with clear expectations and metrics.
