The Team
The Government Affairs (GA) team shapes policy and regulation to drive business growth and advance Visa’s mission. As trusted advisors to governments and partners, we secure our license to operate and build the innovative, reliable, and secure payments ecosystem that fuels general digital commerce.



Our regional teams engage directly with policymakers and institutions to influence the regulatory landscape. They ensure Visa can operate effectively while helping governments achieve their economic and social policy goals. Internally, we work closely with a wide range of in-country and regional functional teams to ensure our strategy is cohesive and effective.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Manager for our Andean Government Affairs team based in Bogota. This role is crucial for aligning Visa's business objectives with public policy in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. You will support the engagement with government officials, policymakers, and regulators to advance the adoption of digital payments and support key government initiatives. The manager reports to the Head of Government Affairs for the Andean region.
