We are looking for an Internal Communications Analyst, who will be responsible for strengthening organizational communication by promoting an aligned, participative, and coherent culture through high-impact internal strategies, content, and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of the internal communications plan and initiatives related to strategic projects.
Contribute to the execution of internal communication and employer branding campaigns aligned with the organizational culture.
Write,



edit, and distribute newsletters, announcements, and internal communication materials.
Manage and update content on the corporate intranet (Drupal or similar platforms).
Support the management of internal communication channels (email, bulletin boards, intranet, digital screens).
Track and monitor KPIs for internal communication channels, especially the intranet.
Assist in reporting and identifying opportunities for improvement in communication processes.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, International Relations, or related fields.
1+ year of experience in internal communications or organizational engagement roles.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Experience with design and presentation tools (Canva, Adobe Express, PowerPoint, or Google Slides).
B2 level of English.
