We are building scalable, high-performance applications and need a Lead Ruby Engineer with Elixir to drive architecture, delivery, and quality. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ship reliable features, improve existing services, and champion modern engineering practices—apply now.
Responsibilities
Design scalable backend services with Ruby on Rails and Elixir
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features




Improve existing codebases to strengthen performance and reliability
Implement CI/CD pipelines to enable smooth deployments
Write clean, testable code with RSpec and Minitest
Build and integrate frontend components using JavaScript and ReactJS
Operate background job processing with Sidekiq
Optimize data storage and retrieval across relational and non-relational databases
Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes and Heroku on AWS
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to uphold high engineering standards
Requirements
5+ years of software development experience with Ruby on Rails framework and Elixir
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ReactJS for frontend development
Hands-on expertise with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, plus NoSQL solutions
Solid experience with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes
Practical background using cloud platforms such as AWS and
