We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the banking and financial services industry to lead strategic technology and business initiatives across multidisciplinary teams.
This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive projects from planning through execution in fast-paced and highly regulated environments.

?️ Required Skills & Experience
? Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading technology or business transformation initiatives.
Proven experience managing projects within banking, financial services, or fintech environments.
Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Strong experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholders.

? Project Management:
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
Experience leading end-to-end project delivery.




Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
Experience coordinating technical and business teams.

? Banking & Financial Industry:
Understanding of banking operations, financial products, or digital banking initiatives.
Experience working on projects related to:
Core banking
Digital transformation
Payments
Risk & compliance
Financial platforms
Customer experience

? Communication & Leadership:
Advanced English communication skills (B2+/C1).
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

? Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate projects from initiation through delivery.
Define project scope, timelines, risks, and resource planning.
