We are expanding our global team and looking for a Senior Tax Consultant to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Responsibilities:

Integral Tax Compliance and Reporting

Manage relationships with local tax advisors to ensure global CIT and VAT compliance is executed accurately and on time, in line with regulatory requirements and business needs.
Monitor changes in international tax laws and assess their impact on company operations.
Ensure proper documentation and support for all tax filings and audits, including transfer pricing and substance requirements.

Tax Advisory and Planning

Provide strategic tax advice on cross-border transactions,



permanent establishment risks, and tax-efficient structuring.
Collaborate with legal, finance, HR, and operations teams to advise on the tax implications of business decisions, including new market entry and entity setup.
Support M&A; activities and restructurings from a tax perspective.
Participate in the development of new IT products by providing valuable insights from a tax perspective.

VAT and Indirect Tax Oversight

Ensure accurate VAT treatment of cross-border services and products, with particular focus on reverse charge rules, digital services taxation, and place-of-supply regulations. Collaborate with external tax advisors and, when necessary, engage with tax authorities to address complex VAT issues and support dispute resolution.

Personal Income Tax and Mobility Support

Support global mobility and remote work arrangements by managing individual income tax risks and compliance obligations.
