Role Description
This is a player-coach role at the top of the creator org. You will lead a four-person team across creator acquisition, content coaching, script writing, and community / onboarding, and you will also be in the work yourself every single day. We are hiring an operator who can lead the team because they are the strongest operator on it.




You thrive on results, love building and leading teams, and have a deep understanding of TikTok culture, creator motivation, and performance-driven social commerce. You are as comfortable coaching creators directly as you are coaching your own team to win.
You will spend a meaningful portion of every day on direct creator calls, watching content as it goes up, reading scripts before they go out, replying inside the community, and investigating root causes when GMV moves the wrong way. You will also own the strategic decisions: pricing per SKU, retainer budget allocation, the creator tier and rewards structure, and the cadence of the acquisition pipeline.
