About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Payment Poster who can manage payment posting responsibilities with limited oversight. This role requires strong hands-on experience with U.S. medical billing, EOBs, ERAs, insurance payments, patient responsibility, adjustments,



and reconciliation.
The adecuado candidate is accurate, independent, organized, and comfortable handling large dollar amounts in payments each day. This person should be able to step into a busy billing environment, manage assigned work responsibly, and catch posting issues before they create larger downstream problems.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately post insurance payments, patient payments, contractual adjustments, denials, and recoupments
Review and interpret EOBs, ERAs, remittance advice, and deposit records
Identify patient responsibility, including copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and balances
Reconcile posted payments against deposits, batches, remittance reports, and payment records
Recognize underpayments, overpayments, incorrect adjustments, and posting discrepancies
Manage assigned payment batches from start to finish
Escalate issues appropriately while taking ownership of routi
