We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and service-driven Intake Specialist to become an essential part of our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for many prospective clients and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, professional experience that reflects our firm’s commitment to justice and client care. This role sits at the intersection of customer service, sales and legal administration.
What You’ll DoIntake & Client Communication
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients
Listen with empathy while gathering detailed information about accidents, injuries, insurance coverage, and liability
Evaluate and document potential claims accurately in case management and lead tracking systems




Schedule consultations and maintain organized attorney calendars
Guide clients through the onboarding process, including intake forms, documentation requests, and case setup
Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure a smooth and responsive experience
Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with firm policies and legal standards
