About The Role
As an Omnichannel Program Excellence Manager within our Bogota Hub, you will drive the successful execution of omnichannel programs and act as a central point of coordination, ensuring day-to-day project management,



execution tracking, and stakeholder alignment across multiple channels and initiatives. You will serve as a project leader, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in line with compliance and quality standards. The role is ideal for someone with strong project management expertise, excellent organizational skills, and experience in digital and omnichannel environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of omnichannel initiatives, campaigns, and tactics across multiple therapeutic areas and markets.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure programs are executed seamlessly.
- Act as the single point of accountability for project status, escalation, and risk management.
- Partner with local teams including brand marketing, medical, digital, and agencies to ensure project ownership alignment.
