Key Responsibilities
User Support & Troubleshooting
Respond to user requests via phone, email, and chat, delivering courteous and efficient support.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software according to company standards.
Troubleshoot and support LAN/WAN, VoIP systems, videoconferencing tools, digital signage, and other IT equipment.
Deploy and support mobile and remote devices (iPhone, Android, handheld scanners, etc.).
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and documentation.
Ensure system, process,
and user documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Support system security and compliance requirements.
Technical Projects & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to research, development, and implementation of technical solutions.
Participate in integration projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform technical analyses and contribute to business proposals as needed.
Perform other duties related to or complementary to the position, as assigned by the employer or immediate supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
Communication: Ability to listen, understand user needs, and communicate clearly.
Professionalism: Maintain respect, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and customer service skills.
