Preconstruction-Estimator (Remote)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Construction Estimator to support our growing construction services team. This role is adecuado for architects or civil engineers with strong technical skills who are interested in developing expertise in U.S. construction estimating and project support.
Compensation will be paid in USD monthly.
Full-time · Remote Reports to: Project Manager, C.E.O / President

Key Responsibilities:
Perform quantity take-offs from construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and PDF plans
Prepare material quantities, cost breakdowns, and scope summaries
Convert metric measurements to U.S. imperial units accurately
Assist with bid preparation and subcontractor scope reviews
Support project managers with budgeting and cost tracking
Maintain organized estimating files and documentation

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT — PROSPECT SOURCING
The Pre-construction Estimator will identify and pursue new project opportunities. A training program must be completed by the candidate to achieve this goal, provided by the employee.

Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
Basic experience with construction drawings and quantity take-offs
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
Experience in one of these areas, but not all of them: Jobtread-Planswift-QuickBooks-
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
