Virtual Medical Assistant (Bilingual - Remote)

Work Setup: Fully Remote, Work-from-Home
Salary: $7 - $8 per hour

We are currently looking for a highly organized and experienced Medical Virtual Assistant to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
Process and follow up on prior authorizations
Contact insurance providers regarding claims, eligibility, and verification
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Provide administrative support to the healthcare team

Qualifications
Previous experience using eClinicalWorks (ECW) is required
Fluent in English and Spanish
Must have a gastroenterology (GI/Gastro) background or experience supporting a gastro practice
Experience in a healthcare or medical virtual assistant role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
