We are looking for talent in COLOMBIA for the role of:

? Multi‑Client HR & Payroll Specialist (US)

? Location: Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Cali, Bucaramanga, Armenia (Colombia)
? Work Mode: Remote after probationary period
? Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
? English: Advanced (B2+ / C1) Required

? What will you do?
You will be responsible for managing US payroll and HR operations for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance with labor and tax regulations, and timely execution of payroll and HR processes while maintaining strong client relationships.

✅ Main Responsibilities:
? Process and administer US payroll for multiple clients
? Calculate wages, benefits, deductions, and taxes accurately
? Manage HR administration tasks (onboarding, offboarding, employee records, timekeeping)
⚖️ Ensure compliance with US labor laws and payroll regulations
? Support benefits administration and employee benefit inquiries
? Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and HR‑related issues




? Act as main point of contact for client inquiries and internal corporate staff
? Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
? Generate and analyze payroll and HR reports
⚙️ Collaborate on system optimization and process improvements

? Key Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
?? Proven experience in US payroll and HR management for multiple clients
? Strong knowledge of US payroll processing, taxation, and labor laws
? Experience with US payroll systems such as ADP, iSolve, or similar platforms (preferred)
? Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
?️ Advanced English (B2+ / C1 – Excluyente)
? Excellent communication and client‑management skills
? High level of discretion with confidential information
