The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Legal Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to U.S.-based law firms. This is a remote, full-time position designed for a driven professional who is ready to build a serious career in the U.S. legal space — from Colombia.

Responsibilities

• Manage attorney calendars, appointments, and client communications
• Draft, proofread, and organize legal correspondence and documents
• Conduct client intake and follow-up via phone and email
• Maintain case files and legal databases with accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinate deadlines, filings,



and scheduling across time zones
• Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, research, and data entry

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) — non-negotiable
• Prior experience in legal administration, paralegal work, or executive assistance preferred
• Strong command of tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and case management software
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work setup
• Self-motivated, discreet, and able to work independently
