Empresa confidencial is seeking a remote Purchasing Assistant to support purchasing and estimating functions for our residential construction projects. This person will work closely with the Indiana-based purchasing team on sourcing, competitive quoting, pricing updates, scopes of work, takeoffs, site cost estimating, purchase orders, change orders, and cost catalog maintenance.



The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, quick to learn software, communicates fluently in English, and is comfortable handling a mix of administrative and construction-related coordination work from a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with sourcing and competitive quoting
Support annual pricing updates for utilities and recurring cost categories
Help prepare and maintain scopes of work
Coordinate Design Studio display orders
Assist with site cost estimating and takeoffs
Review plot plans and support site-related pricing coordination
Prepare variable purchase orders
Help process construction-related change orders
Track warehouse stock inventory and support stock ordering remotely
Maintain cost catalogs and design pricing sheets
Learn and use Excel and other internal software tools
Support additional purchasing and estimating tasks as needed
