About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Agile Business Process Engineer and Atlassian Expert to drive the optimization and standardization of our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes across the enterprise. This role is responsible for engineering and documenting standardized processes across all planning and execution layers, and providing technical expertise and governance for the Atlassian ecosystem (primarily Jira Align). A key focus will be improving process efficiency, standardizing data quality for effective reporting, and optimizing the flow of work from strategy to delivery in the migration from legacy tools (Craft/eFocus), optimizing the Program Increment (PI) cadence and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Engineering: Function as a Process Engineer to establish, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the SDLC across all planning layers (Team, Program, Portfolio,



Enterprise). Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current-state SDLC processes, identify friction points, and design optimized future-state workflows.
- Atlassian Platform Administration: Serve as the primary technical administrator for the Jira Align, and assorted Atlassian suite tools to manage schemes, custom fields, workflows, user access, roles, permissions, and system health.
- Integration Management: Manage and monitor integrations between various SDLC tools, ensuring seamless and accurate real‑time data flow within the Atlassian ecosystem.
