About The Role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale. We’re looking for a Finance Services Manager to lead end-to-end reconciliation and settlement activities, oversee treasury and operational accounts, and ensure compliance with local regulations while supporting the stability and efficiency of our financial processes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and optimizing scalable processes to continue Revolut’s hyper‑growth in Colombia
- Leading the Treasury back office operation




- Ensuring all reconciliations are performed properly
- Delivering key insights on accounts management
- Ensuring accounts are settled properly with counterparties, partners, and vendors
- Mapping efficiency processes with controls, ensuring compliance with local regulations

What You'll Need
- A degree from a top university in economics, business administration, mathematics, finance, or accounting
- 5+ years of experience in a fast‑paced banking or fintech environment
- Experience driving strategies, planning processes, and working on complex projects within financial services
- Excellent communication skills
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones
- To enjoy working with data
- Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
