Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead UTO Capital’s growth initiatives in Colombia .
This role is focused on building and managing partnerships, affiliate networks, and strategic relationships while ensuring full alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.
You will act as UTO Capital’s local business development lead, helping expand brand presence and partner activity in a priority market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute UTO Capital’sIBpartner strategy
- Identify, onboard, and manage affiliates, introducing brokers, and strategic partners
- Build long-term relationships with key market participants and partners
- Coordinate closely with marketing, compliance, and operations teams
- Monitor local market trends and competitive activity
- Ensure all marketing and sales activities align with regulatory and compliance standards
- Stay current with regulatory developments in that may impact business activities
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance in all communications and campaigns
- Represent UTO Capital professionally in partner meetings, events, and online channels
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management
- Background in forex, fintech, financial services, online brokerage
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, affiliate models, and partner-driven growth
- Knowledge of regulatory considerations in financial services marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, structured, and comforta
