We are looking for an experienced Drivers Marketing Lead to drive impactful marketing strategies across LatAm. If you have a strong background in brand building, thrive in data-driven environments, and are passionate about creating locally relevant campaigns that connect with drivers, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
- Expertise in marketing tools and brand-building strategies,



demonstrated by 5+ years of experience in marketing.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams as well as manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to independently identify opportunities, generate ideas, and propose impactful projects beyond assigned tasks.
- Proven skills in sourcing and negotiating with local suppliers to ensure quality, efficiency, and local relevance.
- Data-driven approach and daily dashboards monitoring habits, with the ability to showcase results through measurable impact on key metrics.
- Deep understanding of LatAm countries' local cultural nuances and ability to apply this in driver marketing strategies.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Expertise in ride-hailing would be a great advantage.
