Are you a confident, high-energy cold caller who knows how
to turn a conversation into a booked meeting? Empresa confidencial
is hiring its first full-time SDR to help scale our outbound
lead generation service — and we want someone who takes
their craft seriously.

This is a real seat with real impact. You will work directly
with our founder, running outbound across two campaigns: one
for an external US-based client and one for our own pipeline.

What You Will Be Doing
- Running cold outbound campaigns across phone and LinkedIn
- 4 hours of active calling per day per campaign
across two campaigns
- Targeting 250–400 dials per business day using
a parallel dialer
- Booking qualified meetings with US-based decision-makers
(HR directors, Operations leads, business owners)
- Logging call activity and dispositions in GoHighLevel CRM
- Refining scripts and messaging based on what works
- Weekly check-ins with the founder to review
activity and results

What We Are Looking For

Required:
- 1+ year of US-market B2B cold calling experience
- Fluent business English — objections, banter,
real-time conversation
- Experience with a parallel or predictive dialer
(Salesfinity, Orum, Apollo, PhoneBurner, or similar)
- Comfortable with LinkedIn out
