We are looking for a motivated, proactive, English-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate new business opportunities in the US market.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential US companies that may need software development services or engineering talent
Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, and outbound prospecting
Start conversations with founders, CTOs, engineering leaders, and decision-makers
Qualify leads by understanding hiring needs, technical requirements, timelines, and budgets
Schedule discovery calls for the Empresa confidencial team
Maintain organized lead activity and pipeline tracking
Follow up consistently to generate qualified opportunities
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
Comfortable using LinkedIn, email outreach, and prospecting tools
Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and results-driven
Experience in technology, software services, staffing, or recruiting is a strong plus
