About the role
Empresa confidencial is a NYC-based real estate brokerage. Our leasing operation runs on tight coordination between agents, landlords, applicants, finance, and a handful of external services (StreetEasy, eAccessNY, Tipalti, Front, and more). The Leasing Assistant is the operational backbone of that machine: the person who keeps applications moving, dealbooks accurate, landlords informed, and agents unblocked.
What you’ll do
Own the dealbook: keep it current, internally consistent, and trustworthy. Other people will make decisions based on what it says.
Triage the shared email inbox and other shared queues: route, respond, escalate, and close out. Nothing falls into Gmail purgatory.
Coordinate with landlords on listing details, pricing, concessions, approvals, and turnover — in writing, clearly, without burying the point.
Run listing operations across StreetEasy and internal systems: post, update, refresh, and maintain accuracy against the dealbook.




Support agents on application status, document chasing, and process questions — so they can stay focused on showings and clients.
Follow documented SOPs. Where SOPs don’t exist, ask before improvising; flag the gap so we can document it.
