The ideal candidate’s favorite words are data, innovation, scalability, and impact . You will leverage your expertise in machine learning and experimentation to transform complex data into actionable solutions, while collaborating across teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Contribute and collaborate cross-functionally on idea generation, design, and proposal of new and enhanced data insights;
- Apply machine learning techniques to solve real-world business challenges.
- Design,



implement, and analyze A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses;
- Work with large-scale datasets and ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility;
- Develop queries and pipelines for data processing and analytics;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions;
- Build, deploy, and optimize scalable solutions on AWS and Databricks .

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL (mandatory).
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and model deployment.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing design and analysis.
- Knowledge of big data frameworks and distributed systems.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services and Databricks .
- English level: B2 or higher .
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
