About the Role
Conversational English is required
We’re looking for a Software Engineer (3+ years of experience) based in Colombia who can take ownership of building and maintaining production-grade systems with solid architecture and engineering discipline .
This role is focused on:
- Turning ideas into reliable, production-ready applications
- Designing and improving system architecture (frontend, backend, and integrations)
- Ensuring code quality, performance, security, and scalability
- Bringing structure to how we design, build, review, and ship software
