We are looking for a seasoned Account Supervisor to join one of the most important agencies within the Omnicom PR network, supporting high-impact communications programs for leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
This role requires a strategic and execution-driven professional with strong healthcare experience, scientific rigor, and the ability to navigate regulated environments with confidence. Experience or interest in neurology is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of integrated PR programs aligned with business and therapeutic objectives.
- Translate complex scientific and regulatory content into compelling narratives for media, healthcare professionals, and patient audiences.
- Draft and refine high-quality materials (press releases, corporate communications, social content, sponsored assets) ensuring accuracy and MLR alignment.
- Partner with integrated teams (digital, media, analytics) to deliver PESO-driven campaigns.
- Contribute to client management, timelines, trackers, and seamless day-to-day execution.




- Support media intelligence, pitching efforts, and key industry milestones or events.

What We’re Looking For
- 6–8+ years of PR or healthcare communications experience (agency required).
- Strong background in pharmaceutical or biotech communications.
- Experience in regulated environments; familiarity with MLR processes and Veeva is highly valued.
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned strategies.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
