We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting the technical strategy for Salesforce projects and ensuring solutions support business goals. You will work with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment to deliver scalable and innovative Salesforce systems.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the technical vision for Salesforce projects, leading integration efforts and ensuring data quality




- Guide and support developers and technical staff in building scalable and reliable Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with client managers and development teams to collect requirements and align IT plans with business priorities
- Introduce new frameworks, technologies, and best practices to improve solution architecture
- Track technology trends and suggest creative solutions for ongoing improvement
- Identify and manage technology risks, partnering with stakeholders to make informed decisions
- Supervise daily technical operations and translate design concepts into actionable IT processes
- Oversee the rollout of new features, system enhancements, and ongoing support through optimization and refactoring

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in technology or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years in leadership, management,
