Job Position: Technical Support Engineer
Job type: On-site, Full-time
Main responsibilities:
1. Supporting our company’s infrastructure ensuring top service for our customers
2. Identify, diagnose, report, and assist the R&D; team in resolving defects and verifying bug fixes
3. Conduct system testing (functional, system integration, and user acceptance tests).
4. Communicate with Customer teams, project managers, and internal stakeholders
5. Deliver system training and knowledge transfer to clients
6. Manage system operation and maintenance post-launch.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT)/Computer Software Engineer/Computer Science/ related field
2. Deep understanding in Python
3. Knowledgeable in MySQL/Oracle
4. Experienced in implementing on Linux platforms
5. Fluent in English and Spanish
6. Strong management skills and a collaborative team player
