Pariveda is seeking a Director of Technology to lead our Bogotá Solution Center and build, grow, and sustain a high-performing consulting operation in Colombia. In this pivotal role, you will oversee service delivery, operational excellence, and people leadership for the Bogotá office while supporting firm growth through strong delivery, client confidence, and strategic partnerships.

You Can Expect To:
As a senior member of the local Bogotá management team, you will play an integral role in building and leading our Colombia solution center. You will be responsible for operational leadership, service delivery excellence, and developing a strong team of leaders. You can expect to:
- Lead delivery operations for Pariveda’s Bogotá office, ensuring high-quality execution across client engagements from scoping and estimation through delivery and quality assurance.
- Lead Enterprise Solution Design and Implementation at the intersection of business and technology.
- Support the growth of Pariveda’s managed services offerings, playing a key role in solution design, delivery readiness, and pre‑sales
