The Senior Manager, Supply Chain will lead product development, category management (floral and non-floral, including packaging), international logistics, and quality. This leader will own supplier strategy, cost management, and operational execution across categories, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to drive margin expansion, product quality, and supply reliability.
Location: Candidates MUST be based in Bogota, Colombia.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end category management across floral and non-floral products, including packaging
- Lead product development efforts in partnership with merchandising, planning and marketing teams to bring new products to market efficiently and cost-effectively
- Develop and execute category strategies that optimize assortment, cost structure,



and supplier mix
- Identify innovation opportunities across product, packaging, and sourcing to enhance the customer experience

Supplier & Vendor Management
- Build, manage, and continuously improve strategic vendor relationships
- Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, MOQs, lead times, and contract terms to achieve cost and service targets
- Establish and execute vendor performance management frameworks, including regular business reviews and scorecards
- Proactively identify and onboard new suppliers to strengthen supply resilience and capabilities

Cost, Margin & Financial Ownership
- Own and manage COGS, landed cost models, and margin KPIs across all categories
- Drive cost improvements by pushing suppliers on pricing, identifying efficiencies, and optimizing sourcing strategies
- Partner with Finance to manage budgets, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Ensure accurate cost
