- Master the Regional P&L; :



You will lead the "Global Program P&L;" in lockstep with the Controlling team to justify variances and drive profitability.
- Navigate Complex Governance : Oversee the critical Change Request (CR) process, ensuring every technical shift maintains legal and financial integrity.
- Orchestrate Crisis Resolution : When mission-critical roadblocks arise, youll "deep-dive" into technical challenges to lead resolution teams and mitigate risks.

To successfully fulfill this position, it is vital that you bring the following expertise:

- Senior Leadership Track : 8+ years in Program Management with at least 3 years successfully leading other Program Managers.
- Contractual Mastery : A proven track record managing the nuances of both Public and Private sector contracts.
