Job Summary
We are hiring a highly organized and consultative Senior SDR / Sales Development Assistant to support a rapidly scaling legal and advisory business. This role is adecuado for someone experienced in selling high-trust, intangible services and managing a high-volume consultation pipeline while maintaining exceptional client communication.
You will be responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities, scheduling and confirming consultations, following up on proposals, handling objections, collecting payments, and independently closing select estate planning engagements.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, CRM discipline, and the ability to navigate sensitive financial and legal conversations with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to all inbound inquiries within the same business day
Conduct discovery conversations and qualify prospective clients
Schedule, confirm, and manage consultations for both service lines
Maintain a minimum of:
15 qualified leads contacted weekly for Tax & Contracts
15 qualified leads contacted weekly for FlatRateTrusts.com
30 total qualified lead contacts per week
Ensure at least 12 confirmed consultations completed weekly
Manage a target of 50 completed consultations per month
Follow up on 100% of proposals within 48 hours of delivery
Convert inquiries into signed engagements for estate planning services
Maintain and update CRM systems daily with accurate pipeline activity
