We are seeking a Mid–Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong design focus to join a fast-paced, highly technical team working on lighting-integrated architectural systems and specialty installations for U.S.-based commercial and experiential projects.
This role sits at the intersection of electrical engineering, lighting design, and architectural documentation , idóneo for someone who can bridge design intent with precise technical execution .
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce detailed electrical designs for lighting-integrated architectural systems (custom panels, stone, feature elements)
- Perform electrical calculations, load analysis, and zoning logic for complex lighting applications
- Generate high-quality shop drawings and construction documentation with minimal oversight
- Coordinate across engineering, design, and installation teams to ensure constructability and accuracy
- Integrate electrical systems within architectural surfaces and custom-built environments
- Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to align scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Review, redline,



and optimize drawings to meet high technical and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with U.S. codes, standards, and project-specific requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 8–12+ years of experience in electrical design (strong emphasis on execution)
- Proven experience in lighting systems, power distribution, and integrated design applications
- Strong background in shop drawings, constructability, and technical coordination
- Experience working on U.S.-based projects and codes (NEC, AHJs)
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (Vectorworks is a strong plus)
- Ability to balance design sensitivity with engineering precision
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability
- Strong communication skills for multidisciplinary coordination
- English level C1 (written and spoken)
- Detail-driven and process-oriented (accuracy over pure creativity)
