We are looking for a Sales Development Representative based in Bogotá to support B2B growth through proactive prospecting and outbound sales activities. This role is idóneo for a driven sales professional with strong cold‑calling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long‑term business relationships in a fast‑paced environment.
You Have
- 2+ years of experience working in a Consultative sales environment (B2B experience is desirable).
- English proficiency at the B2+ level (spoken and written).
- Strong experience in cold calling and lead prospecting within a B2B environment.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand products and services.
- Experience handling high-volume outbound calling.
- Strong problem‑solving and objection‑handling skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
You Will
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Develop strong product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client needs and requirements.
- Proactively identify and address customer concerns or roadblocks that may impact satisfaction or product usage.
- Manage competitive pressures and handle objections to retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
- Manage a high volume of customer and prospect interactions via phone and email, with the majority of communication being outbound.
- Collaborate closely with your team and management to ensure a professional and consistent customer experience.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure all customer and prospect data is accurate and up to date.
- Execute sales motions including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, customer advocacy, and contract renewals.
- Work as part of a sales team and report directly to a Sales Manager.
