We are seeking a Business Systems Engineer with strong engineering fundamentals and an AI-first mindset to help modernize and automate internal business operations across the organization. In this position, you will integrate systems engineering with operational tooling, workflow automation, and AI-driven process architecture. Your core objective will be to analyze business challenges and map end-to-end processes to develop sustainable technical solutions. By leveraging APIs, internal tools, and reporting systems, you will build maintainable integrations and AI-enhanced workflows that address downstream impacts across the organization. You will partner directly with the Operations Manager to identify operational bottlenecks, prioritize opportunities, and build scalable technical solutions that reduce manual work, improve reporting visibility, and unlock organizational capacity.
