Dirige uno o varios servicios de alimentos y bebidas en los restaurantes, asegurando una experiencia coherente con el concepto del establecimiento. Guia a los huéspedes y clientes en el conocimiento del concepto y los productos, siempre enfocado en satisfacer plenamente sus expectativas.
