Position Cluster: Regulatory Affairs Intern

The role is adecuado for students interested in process improvement, data analysis, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence within healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
- Support process optimization and automation initiatives within the Regulatory Affairs area.
- Conduct process mapping to identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to enhancing workflows, controls, and databases.
- Assist with documentation consolidation and Invima dossier assembly.
- Support daily operational and technical regulatory activities.
- Help maintain accuracy and compliance in regulatory records.
- Analyze data, generate insights, and prepare reports to support decision‑making.
- Ensure data consistency through cleaning and preprocessing tasks.




- Work with multifunctional teams on joint projects across departments.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Electronic Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, or related fields.
- Interested in regulatory processes, data, and continuous improvement.
- Able to work collaboratively in a structured and detail‑oriented environment.

Required Skills

- Ability to map, document, and communicate processes clearly.

Desired Skills
