Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with engineering, product, and IT leadership to define role requirements and hiring priorities for technical positions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates via job boards,
social media such as LinkedIn, large databases, internal ATS, and other tech-specific platforms.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct technical resume reviews and phone screens. Evaluate coding experience, system design understanding, and relevant frameworks or languages.
- Coordinate Hiring Process: Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer. Schedule and coordinate technical interviews, gather feedback, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
- Maintain Candidate Pipeline: Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified tech candidates for current and future openings.
- Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier tech talent by engaging with online technical communities when needed.
