Team & Role

In the Customer Experience area, we are hundreds of people from diverse backgrounds,



responsible for strategically managing the customers' experience throughout their journey. We are a customer‑centric team that applies key experience principles to protect customers' experience while generating value for the business.

DiDi Global’s Vendor Strategy ensures the CX Team has the necessary services and tools. This role manages the entire lifecycle of vendor relationships: vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance management, and risk management aligned with CX goals and strategy.

This position plays an international role, interacting directly with vendors and stakeholders in Egypt, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Peru. The scope covers the end-to-end process from vendor selection through to ongoing contract management and relationship building.
